Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (e.g. newsletter sign-ups, contact forms) and data collected automatically (e.g. analytics, cookies). We do not sell your personal data.

How We Use Your Information

To send you the newsletter you subscribed to, respond to enquiries, improve our site, and understand how WealthHerd is used. If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics receives usage information such as public pages you visit and browser and device information. Page-view tracking excludes the My WealthHerd workspace and removes URL query strings and fragments.

Cookies

We remember site preferences using browser storage. Google Analytics is loaded only after you allow it. You can decline or withdraw permission using Analytics preferences in the footer, and manage storage through your browser settings.

My WealthHerd

My WealthHerd saves your followed topics and companies, reading list, calculator assumptions and important dates in this browser using local storage. These saved choices and financial inputs are not uploaded to us. There is no account or cross-device sync. You can export or clear your saved data in Settings & data; clearing site data in your browser also removes it. Other people using the same browser profile may see it. The optional audio briefing uses an available on-device voice. Loading articles still makes normal website requests to our hosting provider.

Newsletter and Contact Services

Newsletter addresses are processed and stored by Kit (formerly ConvertKit). Contact messages are sent using Resend and delivered to our private email inbox. Submitting a contact message does not subscribe you to marketing. You can unsubscribe through the link in newsletter emails.

Website Hosting

Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the contact and newsletter endpoints. It processes normal request information, such as IP addresses and requested URLs, to deliver and protect the service. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights are not loaded by this hosting version. Optional public-page analytics uses our existing Google Analytics property.

Advertising

Advertising is currently disabled. Site-ownership verification for Google AdSense does not itself load advertising cookies or send your saved calculator inputs to Google.

If advertising is introduced, Google and its partners may process information such as device identifiers, IP address and browsing activity to deliver, measure and, where you consent, personalise ads. We will provide advertising consent choices before enabling it in relevant regions. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and our cookie policy. My WealthHerd's personal workspace does not load advertising.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us via our contact page.
